THE DELAWARE VALLEY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
ANNOUNCES FOR PUBLIC REVIEW:
Draft Conformity Determination: Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan, FY2019 TIP for Pennsylvania, and Draft FY2020 TIP for New Jersey

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and will open a public comment period for the Draft Conformity Determination for the Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan, FY2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania, and Draft FY2020 TIP for New Jersey. DVRPC will accept comments from July 23, 2019 until August 23, 2019 at 5:00 PM local time.

An electronic version of the Draft Conformity Determination is available online at http://www.dvrpc.org/AirQuality/Conformity/. Printed copies are available in the DVRPC Resource Center and in a number of regional libraries. The document will also be available at the public meetings, and can be translated into an alternative format or language, if requested.

This Conformity Determination is required due to amendments of regionally significant projects to the TIP for Pennsylvania, as well as the anticipated adoption of the Draft FY2020 TIP for New Jersey (currently out for public comment). A Conformity Determination is conducted to ensure transportation investments conform to the federal Clean Air Act, and demonstrate that a proposed plan or project will not negatively impact a region's ability to meet or maintain federal air quality standards.

Please join us at one of the public meetings/information sessions on DVRPC's Draft Conformity Determination for the Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan, FY2019 TIP for Pennsylvania, and Draft FY2020 TIP for New Jersey.
