Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action, P.L. 1977. C. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43 (N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure, P.L 2009, C. 315 New Jersey Business Registration.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Virtually at 11:00 A.M. (Prevailing Time) on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Call-in information is available within the technical specifications under Section #5 titled "Pre-Bid Conference".
