Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. (Aqua) plans to complete its loan settlement for Phase 3 of a PENNVEST loan for the Aqua PA South East PA Water Main Replacements (2024-2027) by July 2, 2025. Aqua is initiating Phase 3 Improvements which include three (3) water main replacement projects: Marshallton Thorndale Road SR 3055 from approximately Crestmont Drive and south to West Strasburg Road, and adjacent streets located in West Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Palmers Mill Road SR 1022 from approximately Halcyon Drive south to past Paxon Hollow Road and adjacent streets located in Marple Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Steel Road SR 1004 from approximately South Eagle Road west to Burmont Road and adjacent streets, located in Haverford Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
