Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2 (Act 2), on behalf of Alliance 51st Street LLC (Alliance), notice is hereby given that a Human Health Risk Assessment Report (HHRA Report) has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Southeast Regional Office, for an offsite soils area that is located adjacent to the site located at 1630-1646 South 51st Street, in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
This notice initiates a new 30-day public comment period on the HHRA Report, which will end on May 21, 2025. A public meeting will be held on May 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. eastern standard time at the Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School at 2601 South 58th Street in Philadelphia, PA 19143 to discuss the site.
Reports that are submitted to the PADEP are being retained at Bartram's Garden Welcome Center located at 5400 Lindbergh Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19143 and are available to the public. Documents related to the site may also be accessed at https://www.alliance51ststreet.com.
