The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items:
250606 ..... An Ordinance authorizing HOWARD FOREMAN, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain a proposed fence encroachment at 1338 44 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19140 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
250809 ..... An Ordinance authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 113 17 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147, under certain terms and conditions.
250839 ..... An Ordinance authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.
250840 ..... An Ordinance authorizing a Streetery in the Right of Way adjacent to 3467 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Streets and Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
