You are hereby notified that on March 28, 2025, Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Please of Philadelphia County Pennsylvania, docket to TERM, No. 250304052. Wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on your property located at 4812 Disston Street, Philadelphia, PA 19135 whereupon your property would be sold by the Sheriff of Philadelphia County.
You are hereby notified to plead to the above referenced Complaint on or before 20 day from the date of this publication or a Judgment will be entered against you.
On, March 31, 2025, a Case Management Order was entered placing the case into the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program and Scheduling a Conciliation Conference on July 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
