NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under Phila-delphia Home Rule Charter Section Number 8-407, that on January 7, 2026, REGULATIONS OF THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND THE LAW DEPARTMENT REGAR-DING PAYMENT OF A PORTION OF D&O INSURANCE COSTS FOR REGISTERED COMMUNITY ORGAN-IZATIONS were promulgated by the City of Philadelphia Office of the Director of Finance and the Law Department and on January 7, 2026, was filed with the Department of Records, Room 158, City Hall, available to view at https://www.phila.gov/
departments/depart
ment-of-records/pro posed-regulations/#/ Anyone affected thereby may file a written request for a hearing with the Department of Records within thirty (30) days of January 7, 2026, including by sending an email to regulations@phila.gov. This regulation will become effective at the conclusion of this notice period if no hearing is requested.
