NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under Philadelphia Home Rule Charter Section Number 8-407, that on May 29, 2025, AMENDMENTS TO THE PARKING REGULATIONS FOR THE CENTER CITY AREA – MAY 2025 were promulgated by the City of Philadelphia Department of Streets and on May 30, 2025 was filed with the Department of Records, Room 158, City Hall, available to view at

Anyone affected thereby may file a written request for a hearing with the Department of Records within thirty (30) days of May 30, 2025, including by sending an email to regulations@phila.gov. These regulations will become effective at the conclusion of this notice period if no hearing is requested.
