Pennsbury School District is soliciting bids for the construction of a new 497,000 square foot High School facility. All Bids must be hand delivered or delivered by traceable means in sealed envelopes that are clearly marked to identify the New Pennsbury High School Project being bid and the Prime Contract Number by no later than 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Pennsbury School District's Administration Office (Attn: Mr. Michael Gorski, Chief Financial Officer) at the side door entrance located at 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA, 19054. Bidders are encouraged to witness the bid opening event at a separate location due to parking restrictions. Sealed bids will be opened by the District at 4:00 PM at Keller Hall located in the existing Pennsbury West High School at 608 S Olds Blvd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
A "non-mandatory" Pre-bid conference and Site-walk (if necessary) will be held. Bidders are encouraged to meet by 1:30 PM on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the existing Pennsbury West High School located at 608 S Olds Blvd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. Upon arrival, enter the facility from S. Queen Anne Drive where team members will be there to direct everyone to Keller Hall. Here, a brief meeting will be held, followed by an optional site visit. If inclement weather develops or is in the forecast, a new date and time will be established via an Addendum. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately if intending to traverse the future project site located within walking distance of the existing West High School facility and parking lots.
Drawings, specifications, and all future addenda may be viewed on-line and downloaded (free of charge) via Procore. To obtain access to these bidding documents, please email Ms. Jennifer Sariano, Preconstruction Administration Manager, at jennifer.sariano@sitelogiq.com and cc: to Mr. Matt Usenia, Preconstruction Manager at matt.usenia@sitelogiq.com. Upon receipt, your Firm will be formally registered in Procore and receive bid documents, communications, and future addenda. All bidders are advised that they use these documents contained on the Procore web site at their own risk and are expected to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may be posted.

3. Fire Protection Construction
4. Plumbing Construction
5. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction
6. Electrical Construction
This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and also requires all potential Prime Contractors and Subcontractors (who would perform work for a Prime Contractor) to strictly follow the Pennsbury School District's Responsible Contractor Policy while preparing bids as advertised on their website at:
