Crown Castle is proposing to install a 42-foot telecommunica-tions utility structure located within the public right of way located at the following site: 1307 N Dover St, Philadelphia, Philadel-phia County, Pennsyl-vania 19121 (39 58 35.1N / 75 10 56.8W). The facility is not expected to be FAA lighted. Crown Castle invites comments from any interested party on the impact of the proposed action on any districts, sites, build-ings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineer-ing or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and/or specific reason the proposed action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
