Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environ-mental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2), notice is hereby given that Beach Street Owner LLC has sub-mitted a Final Report (FR) to the Pennsylvania Department of Environ-mental Protection (PADEP) for Parcels A, B, and C at the Former Cramp Shipyard Site located at 2001 Beach Street in the City of Philadelphia, Philadel-phia County. The FR indicates that the re-mediation measures performed at the site have attained com-pliance with a combin-ation of residential statewide health and site-specific cleanup standards established under Act 2 for soil. A copy of the FR is available for review at the Fishtown Community Library Circulation Desk and an electronic copy of the FR has been uploaded to the follow-ing website: 2001beach st.penn-er.com
The City of Philadelphia and the Public can submit questions and comments regarding the FR to Jeffrey K. Walsh of Penn E&R, Inc. at jewalsh@penn-er.com within the next 30 days, or by April 12, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Petition for Termination of Parental Rights has been filed by Children and Youth Services of Delaware County asking the Court to put an end to all rights you may have to this child, Olivia R., bd. 2/1/21 (female). The mother's last name is a Slowik and the child was born in Delaware County.
The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to this child. The hearing will be held before the Honorable Rachel E. Berry on April 3, 2025 at 9:00am. You have a right to appear at the hearing to contest the Petition. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to this child may be ended by the court without you being present. You have a right to be represented at the hearing by a lawyer.
In addition, you are advised that you may have an option for an enforceable voluntary agreement under ACT 101 of 2010 for continuing contact following the adoption of your children between the adoptive parents and a birth parent if all parties agree and the agreement is approved by the Court.
