NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under Philadelphia Home Rule Charter Section Number 8-407, that on May 5, 2025, AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS FOR THE LOW-INCOME PARKING FEE WAIVER were promulgated by the City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue and on May 6, 2025, was filed with the Department of Records, Room 158, City Hall, available to view at https://www.phila.gov/departments/department-of-records/proposed-regulations/#/ Anyone affected thereby may file a written request for a hearing with the Department of Records within thirty (30) days of May 6, 2025, including by sending an email to regulations@phila.gov. These regulations will become effective at the conclusion of this notice period if no hearing is requested.

The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.
