You are hereby notified that on November 10, 2025, Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint endorsed with a Notice to Defend, against you in the Court of Common Please of Philadelphia County Pennsylvania, docket to TERM, No. 251101438. Wherein Plaintiff seeks to foreclose on the mortgage secured on your property located at 1332 Mifflin Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 whereupon your property would be sold by the Sheriff of Philadelphia County.
You are hereby notified to plead to the above referenced Complaint on or before 20 day from the date of this publication or a Judgment will be entered against you.

The Committee Meeting will be conducted in-person, with a WebEx option. Further information on how individuals can register to attend via WebEx will be posted on the Authority's website: www.septa.org.
Public comments will be accepted and considered. Anyone wishing to attend or speak at this Committee meeting must pre-register at www.septa.org/notice. Those wishing to speak at the meeting must pre-register by 9:00 AM on the day of the scheduled meeting at www.septa.org/notice. Individuals desiring to provide oral comments may call 215.580.7211 and submit such comments via voicemail message.
