On April 16, 2025, the State Board of Nursing ordered that Shella Seide Altidor, license no. PN316511, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, be suspended for two years, immediately stayed in favor of probation for two years, but with the requirement that Altidor inactivate his practical nurse license until such time as he completes a Board-approved practical nursing program or registered nursing program, because Altidor has acted in such a manner as to present an immediate and clear danger to the public health or safety.
