Report Resubmission for Belmont Terminal
Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that Evergreen is submitting a Fate and Transport Remedial Investigation Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Belmont Terminal located at 2700 Passyunk Avenue, City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania on May 15, 2025. The report is being submitted in accordance with site-specific remediation standards. Note: This report is the same document that was submitted for the Former Philadelphia Refinery on January 2, 2025. The fate and transport activities included data and evaluation for Belmont Terminal; however, the report did not reference Belmont's PADEP Facility ID#. Therefore, the report is being submitted again to administratively tie it to Belmont Terminal in addition to the Former Philadelphia Refinery. The report is unchanged; however, public notices are being issued and there is a 30-day public comment period following submittal of the report on May 15, 2025, extending through June 13, 2025.
