Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2. (Act 2), notice is hereby given that BP Point Breeze, LLC has submitted a Remedial Investigation Report/Cleanup Plan (RIR/CP) to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for the property located at 6310 Passyunk Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The RIR/CP documents the completed remedial investigation activities and proposed cleanup plan to support a final attainment strategy under Act 2. The RIR/CP demonstrates attainment of non-residential Statewide Health Standards for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in soil and VOCs, metals, and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in groundwater under Act 2.
