NO. 0039 of 2025-A
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO
Donald Williams
and
John Doe, or any other person claiming paternity
Notice is hereby given that Petitions for Termination of Parental Rights have been filed by Children and Youth Services of Delaware County asking the Court to put an end to all rights you may have to this child, Malaysia S., bd. 5/23/12 (female). The mother's last name is Samuels and the child was born in Delaware County.
The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to this child. The hearing will be held before the Honorable William C. Mackrides on August 14, 2025 at 9:00am. You have a right to be represented at the hearing by a lawyer.
In addition, you are advised that you may have an option for an enforceable voluntary agreement under ACT 101 of 2010 for continuing contact following the adoption of your child between the adoptive parents and a birth parent if all parties agree and the agreement is approved by the Court.
You should take this paper to your lawyer at once regarding this Petition and to confirm the information necessary to participate in the hearing. If you do not have an attorney or cannot afford one, go to or telephone your local Bar Association/Legal Aide. Your attorney or the Agency may also provide you a copy of said petition.
