BEGINNING at a stake for a corner on the North side of Beech Street; thence Northwardly along lands of John Wentzel, one hundred forty feet to an alley (twenty feet wide) called Spruce Alley; thence Eastwardly along the same twenty-nine feet to lands now or late of James Graham; thence Southwardly and along the same one hundred forty feet to Beech Street aforesaid; thence Westwardly and parallel with the same twenty-nine feet to the place of Beginning.
