Notice of Public Hearing
June 23, 2025
NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975 Chapter 231 as amended, that on June 23, 2025, the Planning Board of the Township of Voorhees shall conduct a Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Voorhees Township Municipal Building, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey. The purpose of the special meeting is to consider adopting an amendment to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Township's Master Plan. The proposed amendment represents the State-mandated Round 4 revision to the current Housing Element and Fair Share Plan.
A copy of the Round 4 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan will be available for public inspection and copying at least 10-days prior to the hearing at the Planning Board Office, located at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey, during the hours of 8:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
