WASTE MANAGEMENT OF PENNSYLVANIA, INC. v. SHARSWOOD PARTNERS, LLC d/b/a Sharswood Ridge Bldg. 2; Case ID: 251200224; Docket No. 00224; December Term, 2025; Defendant, SHARSWOOD PARTNERS, LLC d/b/a Sharswood Ridge Bldg. 2 entered into a contract with Plaintiff, Waste Management of Pennsylvania, Inc., for non-hazardous waste removal services on May 15, 2024. Defendant thereafter breached its contract and is liable to the Plaintiff for breach of contract, liquidated damages, unjust enrichment, quantum meruit. The Plaintiff seeks damages, attorney fees and costs as set forth in the Contract. Plaintiff hereby demands judgment against Defendant for $36,354.53 plus cost of suit and attorney's fees.

You are warned that if you fail to do so the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the plaintiff.
